RING INDUSTRIAL MOULD OIL
RING INDUSTRIAL MOULD OIL is a mold release agent used by preparing an aqueous emulsion. It is formulated to prevent concrete from sticking to the mold thanks to fine refined mineral oils and special additives. It makes the surfaces of objects smooth, protects metal molds against corrosion and rust. In order to obtain an emulsion from the mold oil, the predetermined amount of oil is added to the water by mixing it continuously (water will not be added to the oil). The emulsion can be applied to the molds by brush or spray. For more economical results, mold surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned before emulsion application.
